Responsibilities: • Assist the Die Cutter Operator by placing materials at machine. • Assist Operator with make-ready and run machine when appropriate. • File and maintain die boards. • Assist in basic preventive maintenance. • Assist in other job functions such as palletizing, hand loading product, shrink wrapping, or stripping paper as needed. Expectations: • Previous machine operator or helper experience. • Basic math (read and understand metric and standard measurements) and basic computer skills. • Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality, and support co-workers and leaders in a fast-paced and positive team environment. • Able to operate a pallet jack, able to lift, pull and push 75 pounds. • Able to stand and move freely during their entire shift, up to 12 hours.
