Need kittens removed

Hi I'm a manager of some apartments and recently a stray cat had babies in the backyard of one of my tenants. Unsure of how many kittens but my tenant does not want them there and is urging me to find someone to take them or she will get rid of them in her own way. If anyone knows how to take care of them or wants them please let me know. Already called the local shelter and they will not take them.
