PISCATAWAY, NJ — A Jersey Mike's Subs will open at 1322 Centennial Avenue (in the ShopRite plaza) in Piscataway on Feb. 12. The franchise will be owned by Joseph and Deborah Williams, who will hold a grand opening and fundraiser from Wednesday, February 12 to Sunday, February 16 to support Piscataway High School. "We are excited to bring Jersey Mike's to Piscataway," said Joseph Williams. "Our mission is to provide great subs and a great experience. Please join us during our opening week to help raise money for Piscataway High School athletics." Customers with a special fundraising coupon may make a minimum $2 contribution to Piscataway High School in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible. Started in 1956 right here in New Jersey, Jersey Mike's now has 2,000 restaurants open and under development nationwide. The restaurant's hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
