Job Summary
• Implementation of all company policies and procedures during day to day operations. Including ensuring you obtain
and where the required clothing and safety equipment.
• Reporting all discrepancies or violations to your supervisor in a timely manner.
• Provide a positive example of work place responsibilities and appearance.
• Unload, Uncrate and Installs, dismantles and/or moves Kitchen equipment and machinery according to plans,
blueprints or drawings
General Accountabilities
• Sets specified clearances between moving and stationary parts.
• Aligns machines and equipment.
• Assembles and installs equipment.
• Arranges and drills mounting holes.
• Signals forklift operator to safely unload equipment.
• Replaces defective parts on equipment.
• Dismantles machines.
• Attaches moving parts and subassemblies to basic assembly unit.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Florida drivers license.
Reliable transportation.
Skills
• Understanding of Blue print and schematics. (Not required but a bonus).
• Good organizational skills.
• Personal management and supervision.
• Knowledge of Construction/OSHA safety standards. (Will Train).
• Reading comprehension, Understand measurement’s and calculations.
• Installation/mechanically inclined.
• Equipment maintenance/cleaning
• Operations accountability and attention to detail.
• Critical thinking/proactive not reactive.
• Repairing of moving parts.
