Who said don’t play with your food?
In this unique 2 hour class, children ages 5-12 will be introduced to the art of charcuterie, nutrition and food sciences. Students will have the opportunity to have a fully immersive experience using all of their senses. Along with learning the science of oxidation and allowing them to push their limits of tasting unique ingredients, they will bring home a charcuterie grazing box created will the skills they will learn to enjoy with friends and family.
