These individuals embody: dedication and devotion to serving individuals and families with mental illness.”The nominees will be presented at this year’s 1st Annual Shades of Green Mental Awards of Excellence Celebration at 5:00 pm Sunday, May 22, 2022, at the Schultz Center- 4019 Boulevard Center Dr. Jax. Fl. 32207. We are requesting all attendees to wear any shade of green. Dinner will be served along with music for entertainment.
