Yoga for Runners to Kick-Off GW Parkway Classic
Join Pacers Running for a yoga for runners class in preparation for the GW Parkway Classic! Prior to the yoga class, there will be an optional run at 8 AM from the hotel.
You must be registered to attend the yoga class, and you need to bring your own mat.
About the instructor: Camille Dunton has completed over 500-hours of yoga teacher training and holds certifications from two different interdisciplinary programs. She is certified to teach vinyasa, restorative, yin, nidra, and trauma-informed yoga and currently designs and offers vinyasa classes that combine awareness, breath, and alignment to offer students experiences that are both physical and meditative.
