We are a very busy AV event production and we're headed into a heavy season. We have an immediate need for freelancers from now until July 1st. We pay based upon skillset and experience, and we'll discuss this during the interview. You must be legally able to work in the US, and you'll fill out a W9 and work on a freelance/1099 basis. Paychecks come out every two weeks, and you'll be paid by check. Because of the current Covid situation, you must have a vaccination card. Positions for which we have the highest need are audio, lighting, and labor. Audio - should be able to setup a basic sound system, operate a digital mixing console, understand signal flow and cabling. We are willing to take on new audio engineers and techs and train up the ladder. Lighting - should know how to hang fixtures, understand DMX, know how to operate a lighting console. We are more than willing to take new lighting techs and train on the job. Labor - should be able to lift over 75lbs, be ready to take instruction, have some basic handyman skills. Please note that payment is via check on our regular pay cycle. This is a good position for someone who wants to get a foot in the field as a production assistant.
