Provocative, insightful, and disarming - this film looks at building a future of sustainable water, and what the alternative looks like. The International Awareness & Involvement Committee of the Federal City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is planning its annual Earth Day event. This year, our theme is Our Blue World: Local and International Water Opportunities. The event will be held on Earth Day, Friday, April 22, 2022 and will include a screening of the documentary, Brave Blue World, which explores the technologies and innovations that have the potential to solve the world’s water crisis. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion on local and international water scarcity concerns, current research initiatives, and what specific actions attendees can take to contribute to positively impacting the access and availability of clean water. As a reminder, all COVID protocols will be in place. Please respond accordingly.
