Seeking a person to be responsible for church facilities management and use of church spaces for Sunday services and events. Includes maintaining the church property (interior, exterior and physical plant systems), set up and tear down for church and rental events, coordinate with contractors for services, be present for all inspections, maintain service records and manuals, order and maintain stock supplies, perform small repairs, and communicate with the Business Manager, church members, rental groups and the church's buildings and grounds team in the upkeep and use of the church building. This position averages 15 hours a week, a little more in the 43 weeks between September and the end of June, a little less during 9 weeks of summer.
