NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — In New Brunswick, the following roads are closed Friday afternoon due to flooding: Jersey Avenue CLOSED between Tailer Street and Van Dyke Avenue On-ramp from College Avenue to Rt. 18 South is CLOSED Joyce Kilmer Avenue CLOSED between Loretto and Charles Streets The on-ramp to Rt. 18 from Rt. 1 south is still accessible but flooding is present. Please use caution In Middlesex boro, South Lincoln Avenue at Cap Lane is closed due to flooding. Avoid the area.
