Gallery Yoga is back! Join us for this unique experience! Gallery Yoga was a success and we're back for a second time! I'd love to guide you through another candlelit, restorative sequence among some of the most intriguing art pieces. There will be plenty of time before and after to look around. I encourage you to! Last month Rhonda Rose and the team at Martin Lawrence Galleries set up a Feminine-Forward theme, focused on some of the prominent Feminist artists of the past and present. Join us to see what gorgeous pieces are displayed next! Remember, ALL levels are welcome! Feel free to bring your own mat, blocks, a small towel or blanket and some water in a sealable container!
