We are all looking to make that LEAP from what we are doing day in and day out to... what we want to do, Invest in Real Estat to build out Investment Wealth! Mindy Templeton has done it! Mindy's story is so inspiring! After spending 15 years in the insurance/sales industry climbing the corporate ladder, she realized one day she had climbed a ladder that she didn’t even want to be on in the first place. From missing 1st days of school and soccer games, to her earning potential being being capped by what others were willing to pay her, and having to request days off, it just wasn’t aligned with her values any longer. So she started researching about debt payoff, investing, real estate, and paid off $165,000 in consumer debt and then bought her first rental property on her 36th birthday! Since then, she has taken the plunge to going full time as an entrepreneur after being laid off in Feb 2021. She is now an agent/wholesaler, currently owns 8 long term rentals, 1 short term rental and has also done one flip. She loves sharing both the success and struggles along her journey of scaling a business while also balancing running a household, raising kids and prioritizing my physical and mental health.
