I'm looking for somebody who lives nearby who could help me out from time to time when there's something that needs to be done that one person just can't do alone. In return I would be on call to do the same for them. Like being neighbors who live in different neighborhoods. The time / effort exchange could include anything legal that isn't stupid. I recently needed help stacking a dryer on top of a washing machine. That's an example of the kind of thing I'm talking about. Or somebody to hold a ladder or lend me a tool. And vice versa.
