Hey Pretty Girls! Come enjoy our yoga class with a twist. Instead of your traditional music, we'll be jamming to the sounds of R&B/Hip Hop! Have you ever wanted to try yoga but were too nervous? Maybe you felt self conscious because no one in the room looked like you. Or maybe you tried it and just couldn't get into the groove. No matter what the case is, we have the PERFECT event for you!Join us for an afternoon of R&B yoga and meditation dedicated specifically to women of color. We will be taught yoga with a mix of freestyle flow to some of your favorite R&B jams along with guided meditation. Come as you are. Have fun! Embrace your uniqueness and feel free to move your body in ways that feel good to you. And if there's a twerk in your spirit DO IT! At PGC, we promote body positivity. All skill levels are welcomed! All we ask is that you bring your yoga mat and an open mind!COVID protocols will be enforced and temperatures checks will be taken prior to entry. We can't wait to see you there!!
