Kid's Safe Workshop Don't be a Victim! Join us for our FREE community event full of Fun, Fitness and Self-Defense! Everyone has the right to defend themselves and their loved ones. Participants will learn basic punches, kicks, blocks, as well as Krav Maga defensive drills against holds, chokes, and grabs. We hope to see you there!
