Need help cleaning an apartment *FOUND SOMEONE *

*FOUND SOMEONE * I am just starting to recover from a really severe depressive episode and my apartment has become almost uninhabitable due to the lack of energy to maintain it when depressed. I'm really in need of help to fully clean the apartment in one day. This mainly includes putting stuff into trash bags and hauling big trash bags downstairs to the dumpster. I just need all the trash out so I can vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize. I could also use some help putting up fly traps as all of a sudden I have a lot of fruit flies swarming around. There are odors so I would recommend something to plug the nose and probably some disposable gloves. A mask would probably be useful but, is not required for COVID or anything. The job will probably take a few hours and I'd prefer to do this on a Sunday. It's the only day I don't have anything scheduled.
