She also despises writing professional bios. So, screw that (sorry, Sarah). I'm originally from Indianapolis and hopefully many of you know me from my time helping Sarah run Linking Indy Women. This community means a lot to me. I'm grateful (and terrified) to share my story with you. I'm the oldest of three girls and was born to two incredible tech entrepreneurs, Mark and Karen Hill. For undergrad, I went to Miami of Ohio and graduated in 2008. The Orr Fellowship led me to start my career working in technology which I did for 10+ years - mostly in sales. In 2020, I joined many others in “The Great Resignation”. I left my day job and co-founded Ride & Raise, a fitness community with monthly fundraising events and Athlete Bouquets, an Etsy shop for gifts celebrating finish lines and milestones. I also joined the board of Beyond Monumental. For nearly 8 years, I've been married to a fellow technology nerd, Zach, and we have two daughters, Sydney and Sloane. We live in West Carmel.
