Cat needs a new home

A stray cats tried to get into my place on one of the coldest days last winter and we let him hang around. But our child started to show symptoms of being allergic to the cat so we are looking for a new home for him. I already tried the local shelters in Beaverton and Hillsboro, but they don't have room for him at the moment. And since he was a stray, Humane Society doesn't accept him.
