Diabetes Support Services is starting a new session of 12 free classes covering how to live successfully with a diagnosis of diabetes. Meet with us every Tuesday at 1:00 - classes run approximately 90 minutes. The class topic April 12th is "Our Weird and Wonderful Bodies" and a video entitled "What is Diabetes?" Pre-registration is not required, just come early to receive your materials. Class includes a tool kit with items to reach your goals, A1c testing at the beginning and end of the session to record results and use of the whole body sonic vibration machines to build fitness is included.
