Grow your chapter. Not just in size, but in the quality of the experience you are providing by improving new member programming. Growth Summit is a brand new in person program focused on growing the Phi Kappa Tau experience. This involved real tactics to increase chapter size, but also a heavy focus on retention through the improvement of new member programming and risk prevention education. Each chapter is to send two members of the summit, preferably out of the following potential officers: Recruitment Chairmen, Vice Presidents for Risk Prevention, Vice Presidents, Presidents, and Membership Orientation Officers.
