NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — New Brunswick police are looking for this man who they say has been looking in the windows of homes in the fifth and sixth wards of the city. New Brunswick PD say they've gotten multiple reports of an adult man peeking into windows of homes and apartment buildings. The man is described as possibly Hispanic or Middle Eastern and he is in his twenties. He has dark facial hair and has worn dark clothing.
