Come play with us as we raise our vibrational energy with an energetic yoga practice and some fun drumming.
Find your rhythm. Find your prana. Find your people.
Drumming and yoga being brought together increases our vibrational energy through movement and sound. This healing practice will help bring peace and calm to our nervous systems, breath awareness, community, and excitement as we flow and drum together.
No yoga or drumming experience is required!
Sabrina and Julie are nationally certified yoga instructors and Sabrina is a certified drum circle facilitator. You do not need to bring your own drum, however, we have a limited amount of drums to use. If you want to bring any other instrument to jam on, please do! Bring those egg shakers, tambourines, homemade drums, guitars, ukulele's or whatever else you got! Please also bring your own yoga mats.
You are also welcome to bring any snacks or drinks you would like to nosh and imbibe on.
We will be practicing and playing from 4-6pm, with yoga and the drum circle being 1 hour each.
This is a family event. Kids are welcome! Your ticket will cover you and your family.
We know the weather can be up in the air during this month so make sure you dress for whatever season might show up! ;) If there is rain a new date will be determined.
