NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — New Brunswick police say this Franklin Township man is the one who has been peeking into windows in the fifth and sixth wards of the city. At 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13 New Brunswick police officers apprehended Manuel Molina-Noyola, 33, from Franklin Township. They say he is a suspect in multiple incidents where he is suspected of trespassing on properties and peering through windows to view the residents. On Friday evening, witnesses on Richardson Street said they observed Molina-Noyola hiding in bushes and traveling between houses in attempts to peer into windows. Patrol officers found him as he entered a grey Toyota Tacoma he had parked in the neighborhood. Currently, Molina-Noyola is charged with three counts of Criminal Trespass and two counts of Peering into Windows.
