Use the Teacher Appreciation Nomination Form below to nominate an educator/teacher you think deserves this recognition. Who Can Be Nominated? Nominees must be full-time employees of any district in Houston or surrounding areas, college, or university who have a contract and are certificated. The nominee must have served as a teacher or Educational Services Professional position with the school district, college, or university for a minimum of one calendar year. During that time, the individual should have performed their duties in such an outstanding manner that they significantly contributed to the functioning of the district, college, or university.
