NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — A New Brunswick man has been arrested and charged with touching a woman's buttocks as she walked down a New Brunswick street last weekend, Saturday, Dec. 12. Dandre Burrell, 20, of New Brunswick, was charged with one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, said Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and New Brunswick Police Director Anthony Caputo. Police say that on December 12, Burrell grabbed the victim's buttocks as she was walking in the area of Robinson Street. Burrell then fled the area on foot. Burrell was charged the next day, Dec. 16 and was taken into police custody Monday. He remains at the Middlesex County jail.
