Hello, This is a one bedroom one bath garage apartment. It has already been remolded these are some touchups I need along with a few minor things to get ready to place on Airbnb. Please have a truck be on time and be professional. Send photos of recent work with estimate and have referrals. This job should take 3-4 days max. ****Send Estimate before coming, **** so we don’t waste time. I need someone ready to work ASAP. Not in the future. MUST HAVE TRUCK Outside 1 Hang garden lights  2 Repaint floor boards on back patio (grey) & rails (white)  3 Install Screen doors   4 Put cement in flower pot  5 Paint from door inside and out  6 Put up a Fense for the backyard  Kitchen 1 Replace kitchen and bathroom faucets 2 Mini blinds front door  3 Front door repainted  4 Crown molding kitchen 5 seal counter  1 Regrout too where’re backsplash meets counter 2 Use killz and paint kitchen ceiling & inside front door panel  3 Touch up ceiling in bathroom ( especially over shower)  4 Remove microwave & stove install new ones  ( take washer dryer stove microwave to Kingwood house)  5 Touch up all walls  6 Remove lumpy wall next to stove & redo tape float texture also RE texture in back of front door   Bathroom  1 Replace vanity top in bathroom  2 Install new faucet  3 Remove Sheetrock & mold  4 Install new toilet  5 Clean grout lines in shower  (you said there’s a product)  6 Repaint vanity  7 Replace light  8 Hang up new mirror  9 Glue down piece in window  10 Instal door stopper   11 Put transition piece on floor Living room  1 Touch up paint  2 Hang up paintings 2  3 put vent hole in laundry Bedroom:  1 Touch up walks and baseboards  2 Hang up mirror & Light  3 Install vanity under mirror  4 Fix barn door  5 Install window unit  6 Sand down accent wall and put up wallpaper  7 Replace faceplates  8 Install new light  9 Sand and repaint top of dresser  10 Replace floor board entry way  11 Put door stopper if necessary
