Scope of Work: Week 1 and 2: Outside plant work includes; trenching, hand digging, laying conduit, installing wall enclosures, etc. Week 3 - 10: Inside plant work, incudes; attic work, drywall cutouts, wire and conduit wall fishing, drilling, and mounting. Pay and expectations: First Full and partial Week: Pays $16 an hour: If you are asked to stay on you will get a raise on Monday of your 2nd Full week. After 1st Full Week: Pay is $18 30 days and beyond: Raises will be made from time to time based on performance. We are looking for those who can advance quickly into more demanding positions. Everyone starts at the entry-level and works their way up to wherever they best fit. Note: Those who do not work hard and smart will be sent home immediately. * Must wear boots and work attire. Must look the part: i.e. look like a construction worker. i.e. No baggy pants, sweat pants, tennis shoes. * Must have a valid ID card and SS # * W9 work only (i.e. 1099) * Weekly pay by Check, PayPal, Zelle, and or other digital pay/transfers only.
