Looking for personable, energetic, positive people who like to clean and consider themselves professional cleaners interested in HIGHLY DETAILED housekeeping and vacant property/move-out cleaning. MUST HAVE: Housekeeping cleaning experience! HOURS: 25 - 35hrs/week We are offering consistent cleaning work and will build up your hours. TRAINING: Paid $17/hr PAY: $18.00/hr. PASS: Criminal back ground check VEHICLE: Must be reliable and insured. We offer fair reimbursement for car expenses. TIPS: Keep all your own tips Looking for cleaners with: - The ability to get to a job site on time - if you show up late don't bother - Vehicle is required and must be insured we REIMBURSE for car/millage expenses. - The ability to follow a detailed cleaning check list and work alone or with others. - The physical ability to navigate stairs, use a backpack vacuum, bend, kneel, climb 3 step step stool and reach behind toilets - The physical ability to carry your cleaning supplies up stairs - The ability to work unsupervised and produce fantastic results - The ability to converse with clients in a kind and efficient manner - Must have a vehicle, smartphone, be over 18, have a valid ID, checking account for direct deposit and pass a background check. We provide ALL the cleaning supplies and equipment you will need. The jobs are between 8am and 5pm Monday - Saturday. PAY: DIRECT DEPOST ONLY. NO CASH.
