How Engeldinger March became a protected area and the long battle to get it protected. Presented by Loren Lown, retired ecologist.
Engeldinger Marsh is known as one of Iowa's biggest conservation victories. Once almost destroyed by that highway expansion, this area supports as many as 300 species of plants and a variety of wildlife.
