Come have fun while learning advanced ways to move from point A to point B. Exercise has never been this much fun!
This challenging, advanced class is ideal for the student who has excelled at the intermediate sessions and Coach Paul has recommended for the class. Students should be taller than 30". Students learn to move even more efficiently through an obstacle course environment while improving their fitness and problem solving skills. Classes are held Friday at 5 pm for 6 weeks.
