Replace stolen CAT with a straight pipe

2000 Honda Accord 4 door sedan My Catalytic converter was stolen. I have a pipe I believe should fit, metal cutters, clamps, welding compound and scissor jacks. I was uncomfortable going under the car with scissor jacks since it was tight and I'm a novice. I'm asking for someone to come over or I can drive to you, and put this together for me. I recommend someone have something better than scissor jacks to lift. In the photo, you can see the cut on one side is next to a mounting bracket, which is why I got cutters for the pipe to fit around it. I believe this to be an easy job and a fast job since I should have all the materials required. I live across the street from a NAPA auto parts store. I'm not concerned about an 02 sensor.
