$16 an hour. We are seeking a reliable, proactive and skilled facilities maintenance staff member for our Fort Myers location. The position is responsible for the upkeep of building systems and assets.
Responsibilities include repairs and upkeep to ensure our facilities are both tidy and functional.
The position will be responsible for/handling our fleet of vehicles and will perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility including maintaining grounds, touch up painting and replacing light bulbs.
Qualifications:
Experience working with both hand and electrical tools
Ability to read and utilize manuals and drawings
Proven experience in the maintenance field or other similar position in a business setting
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
Must be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
