I am looking to possibly rent this address but it is with a 'questionable-at-best' management company and I am unable to view the actual home, just photos on their website with 2012 date stamps. I'd really like to know more about this property from someone who's lived there, considering the very old pix and that the home was built in the 1800s. The landlord seems to personally own most of the homes the company manages, has seriously bad reviews, and every question I ask comes back with a glowingly positive answer but no evidence produced to back it up.
