This year, ABLE Nutrition & Fitness is teaming up with FostAdopt Connections, a local organization supporting foster families. The mission of FostAdopt Connections is to support and empower kinship, foster and adopted children and the people who care for them by providing mentors, connection to resources and the community at large. We are an organization comprised of individuals with many years of experience in all areas of the system who want to offer support, guidance and a listening ear. This annual Walk/Run is hosted by ABLE Nutrition & Fitness. As always, this event is free to participate with donations being optional. 100% of all donations received go directly to FostAdopt Connections. Bring friends, family, well behaved dogs, and join in the fun. At the finish line we have refreshments and prizes!
