Description
NEW JERSEY — Sangria isn't usually a key part of a switch to a healthier lifestyle. But this "Sangira" could help you with your upcoming New Year's resolutions.
Sangria is a 5-year-old chihuahua mix, currently in foster with Tri-Boro Animal Welfare. She currently weighs about 20 pounds, nearly 15 pounds heavier than what's recommended for a typical chihuahua.
"She's currently in foster where she's learning how to be the perfect pet, and she even started a new diet," the rescue says. "She loves the other dogs she lives with and is as sweet as can be. She greets her foster mom at the door with a toy and loves to cuddle up on her puppy bed."
She is housebroken, fixed, and dog and kid friendly.
