Handyman's Assistant Needed for Rental Properties

LMCC Properties, LLC is looking to hire a general laborer to assist our handy person in Marinette/Menominee/Peshtigo maintaining & renovating residential rental properties. Position is full time, Monday-Friday standard schedule. In this position, you would work with our handyman and assist with rental turn-over, general maintenance, doing clean up, painting, yard work, etc. This is an opportunity to learn the basics of plumbing, electrical, home maintenance, and more. Applicant will need to have own basic tools and valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Performance-based pay increase after 3 month probationary period.
