I need to connect two 1.5" PVC water lines to two new water meters. The meters are located in the sidewalk. The job involves removing roughly 8 sf of sidewalk, digging down 18", installing the water lines 2' from the property line to the meters, backfilling, and pouring new concrete. Oakland requires an A or a C-42 license since the work is on the city's property.
