Busy family owned Restoration/Demolition company is looking to hire Construction/Project Manager for the Bay Area territory. Responsibilities: • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met • Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations • Generate leads for potential new clients -- FIELD WORK: • Delegate project responsibilities to teams • Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise • Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements • Report project progress REQIREMNTS: • Previous construction manager or project manager experience • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required • Must be able to communicate well : verbal / written • Able to start with in one to two weeks • Must have reliable transportation Salary : $95k - $125k (depending on experience) Direct Hire/ Full Time - Permanent Monday-Friday ( some Saturdays) For consideration please email resume to : Neli Perez - [email protected] 408-799-1174
