Come exercise in a new state-of-the-art facility with fun, interactive choreography. No partner or experience is needed. All are welcome. Dancercise is a form of exercise that blends aerobics and dance moves. Many people find dancercise to be more fun than traditional exercise, because it is done to music, and participants learn actual dance moves.
