We are a wholesale plant nursery and horticultural company that specializes in certified organic vegetable and herb plants and decorative biodegradable pots. This position is a mix of warehouse work, truck loading and making deliveries. Compensation $28.00 per hour. Plus FULL Medical coverage after 90 days. Position is minimum 40 hours per week. 9:00 – 5:30 on non delivery days, depending on route on delivery days. Duties include: Deliver plants and pots throughout the greater Bay Area Load trucks with plant racks and pallets Order picking and packing Packing into pallets and boxes Check orders for accuracy Drive a forklift regularly. Be able to lift at least 75 pounds Other Experience driving large box trucks, 20’ -26’ Interest in gardening and horticulture a huge plus Familiarity with cities and towns of Bay area Be on feet all day, work in cold and hot environments. (Warehouse is not heated or cooled) Experience using material handling equipment including Forklifts and Pallet Jacks Be on time and have good attendance Experience with different forms of logistics Have reliable transportation and valid class C driver’s license Clean DMV record PLEASE EMAIL RESUME
