Description
Job Responsibilities:
Data entry and other clerical duties
Input orders into system
Print orders and labels
Generate bill of ladings and prepare necessary shipping documents
Transact and close orders in system
Arrange and coordinate pick up schedule with different couriers
Communicate with drivers for shipment pickup
Assist Supervisors/Team Leaders for any inventory issues
Read and reply emails in a timely manner
Filing
Other duties may be assigned by supervisors/managers
Requirements:
Must have strong computer skills especially on MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Minimum one year related experience and knowledge on shipping documents (Bill of Lading, packing list, etc.)
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work effectively as a team or individual
