Job Description -Clean and and Maintain common areas of assigned properties -Know how to fix minor plumbing and electrical issues - Carpentry skills also would help and be ultized This indivdiual needs to be a self starter, trustworthy, and able to complete tasked without having to be micro managed. Must have valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle. The pay will be $20-25 an hour based on experience and 30-40 hrs a week.
