About US BuildRight Construction is looking for skilled individual (no license required) to join our rapidly growing construction team. Framing Drywall Texture and Paint Install tiles and flooring Plumbing Electrical Gates/fences Roofing concrete or foundation repair or roofing a plus Details Full Time Position 1+ Year construction experience or similar experience is preferred Must be able to pass background check Must be punctual, dependable and a fast learner. Must be able to lift (up to) 50Ibs if necessary Must be able to take measurements and read instructions Has basic working knowledge of power tools and equipment Ability to work on the weekdays and weekends if needed Must be able to understand and follow specific instructions. Ability to complete task with minimal supervision Must have a valid DL (Required) General knowledge of construction operations and procedures or experience on a construction crew is a plus. Landscaping experience is a plus Spanish speaker is a plus Duties and Responsibilities Cleaning and preparing construction sites, assisting other workers as needed Loading and unloading equipment and materials (As well as picking up these materials and transporting them to the job sites. Overseeing projects, making sure to follow construction plans and time frame. Must be ready to perform manual labor Focus on total consumer satisfaction Perform all duties assigned by the construction manager or foreman Test equipment and machinery to ensure it is in good working condition Learn specialized skills as required by the foreman/construction manager Maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others. Pivet and multitask as needed Coordinate with venders or other subcontractors to ensure project completion and quality control.
