ME!!!!! I ONLY hire immigrants from south America. I own a construction company and Americans are the worst employees. American workers are entitled, lazy, on their phone while on the clock, show up hung over, are late regularly, have a bad attitude. I don't put nut with any of that shit. Workers from south of the border are punctual, hard working, dedicated, loyal, and do not come with baggage. When hiring, I no longer even bother interviewing American workers. As a white guy, I am ashamed at the lazy soft people that we have become. I pay more than most contractors and I expect more from employees. Immigrants are the answer. Please note; I do not pay ANYONE under the table. All my crew pays taxes. I have no idea if their numbers are legit or not. That is not my business. But every worker in America needs to pay taxes. If you fear immigrants labor, it is because you are a lazy non valuable worker.
