Drummer Looking for Math//Indie Band

I'm Alex. I'm in a band currently but not very active hence this post. Our demo: https://annihilationinstead.bandcamp.com/releases Prior Band I was in (to help define what I like playing): https://latters.bandcamp.com/album/demo My style is enormously influenced by these bands (similar to free jazz if it were to be called something): kidcrash, pretend, duck, little brother, duck! I tend to not call myself a "drummer" but one who "plays the drums". I listen to a lot and love playing patterns that open more doors to things. Contact me with what sound you're looking for if interested if what I posted isn't enough. I tend to play things that are interesting and can come up with drum riffs that try to make any riff sound the best they can be. I just have to hear it with a short period of time. I've been in bands for over 25 years and just looking for something that I can shine in and make great music, gig, record, etc. I have a dw kit in a jazz 4-piece set up. large crash, ride, and hi-hats. I do have access to a practice space in San Jose. I can travel if needed but prefer local. Single, no kids, no pets. I work full time. Chemistry if anything is most important to me.
