On May 6th we gather as a parish and school community to celebrate and support the ministry of Catholic education at St. Thomas School.
Join us as we give thanks for the gift of our children's Catholic education and gather as a community of faith and learning to support the St. Thomas Scholarship Program that each year allows Catholic families to benefit from the grace, community and learning of St. Thomas School. Your participation in our dinner will provide funding to allow families to answer the call to educate their children in our classical Catholic school.
Our evening will feature keynote speaker Mr. Andrew Pudewa--a classical educator, formator, and founder of the Institute for Excellence in Writing. This writing program, used as a pillar of our classical curriculum at St. Thomas, has led children to enthusiastically produce creative and quality works of writing. Andrew will treat us to both the humor and wisdom of how classical Catholic education is changing the culture of our community, our families, and our children's minds and hearts.
We also take this occasion to recognize the contribution made by Headmaster Tim DiLaura as he retires from his 40 year professional education career.
