FRANKLIN, WI — Voters across Franklin will be able to cast their vote on Tuesday for races in the Franklin School Board, Common Council and other county positions. If you still have an absentee ballot to return, the city strongly recommends you drop it off at the clerk's office at City Hall until 8 p.m. the day of the election. Do not use the dropbox, which is not allowed after a recent court ruling. Polls will open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Here's what to know about registering, and where to vote: If you aren't already registered to vote, you can do so at your polling place. You can check your registration status and register online through myvote.wi.gov. When registering, be sure to bring a photo ID and proof of your residency.
