NORTH EAST, Md. – The Cecil Leadership Institute will host the 2022 Leadercast Speakers Conference live simulcast on Wednesday, May 4, from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. in the Technology Center on the North East Campus. This year's Leadercast Speakers Conference is entitled "The One Thing," where ten of today's most prolific leaders answer the question: "What is the one thing that makes a leader worth following?" Each perspective will help strip away the noise, allowing attendees to leave the day having narrowed down their focus to the ten things that matter most. This year's host will be actor and author Tarik Davis, who will introduce notable speakers that include: LeVar Burton - American actor, director, and children's television hostAngela Duckworth - Author and founder of Character LabDiana Trujillo - Aerospace engineer at the NASA Jet Propulsion LabRichard Rohr - Founder of the Center for Action and ContemplationSukhinder Singh Cassidy - Founder of the Boardlist, former president of StubHubAndy Stanley – Best-selling author, pastor, and founder of North Point MinistriesSteven Kotler - Executive Director of the Flow Research CollectiveMolly Fletcher - CEO, best-selling author, and sports agentCatherine Price - Science journalist, teacher, consultant, and best-selling authorDavid Horsager - CEO of Trust Edge Leadership Institute The diverse lineup of speakers was carefully selected to speak to the one thing that they believe makes a leader worth following.
