Description

A routine overnight stay in a town inn turns dark when you wake to screams. Somebody's been killed. Can you find the murderer in time? Saturday, March 26th | 6-9:30 p.m. Feel like a casual DnD 5e one-shot? Open to new and experienced players alike. We'll be starting at level 6! This is a true one-shot. There will be no continuation and no previous knowledge of DnD lore or history is required. There are 7 seats available, so seven tickets are up for grabs. However, feel free to bring any interested friends to watch (no cost). This will serve as a good introduction to casual campaign play, theater of the mind, and some homebrew dungeon/map crawling! Before you arrive: Once you've signed up, I'll send a link to DnDBeyond. You do not need to track your character there, but that will be where I'll be referencing most things. Anything in their system that you have access to is fair game for creating your character, but please limit your weapons and armor to basic. If you wish to posses a magic item, please let me know and we can discuss it. Please create your level 6 character there and join the shared campaign. This will help me prepare. Feel free to bring a tablet or laptop to keep track of your character during play. If I know in advance, I will have printed character sheets available for those who prefer pencil and paper. Bring your own dice sets; presumably your luckiest ones! And if you have a character mini, by all means... bring it along! Be ready with your character so that we can get started quickly. Source materials will not be needed, I will have all of that at my fingertips through DnDBeyond. All in all, the goal is to have a great time and tell a fun story! Come put your detective caps on and see if you can solve the murder. Admission fee reserves your seat at the table and fills your pint glass with your choice of our on-tap hard ciders or beers, soda, or sweet cider.
